In 2015, TrueNorth launched the Be The Cause campaign to show why TrueNorth and its many programs and services is vital to the community. The Be The Cause campaign was the basis for the 2015 Annual Report, which highlights each of TrueNorth's programs and services, their impact, and statistics. In closing, the audience is invited to Be The Cause either through financial support or through volunteer opportunities.
In 2015, TrueNorth was selected as a Charity Partner for the Fifth Third River Bank Run. A campaign was created that allowed runners to take ownership over why they chose to run for TrueNorth with a series of profile pictures, cover photos, and e-cards that could be shared on social media outlets.
TrueNorth has provided youth mentoring services for the past 40 years, first as Youth Connections and then as Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Newaygo County. In 2016, TrueNorth made the decision to disaffiliate from BBBS, and continue providing youth mentoring services under the name TrueMentors. A new logo, program brochure, and flyers were created for the launch of TrueMentors.

Each year during the holiday season, the President of Ferris State University selects a card to send in celebration. The card for 2010 was based off of a quote by founder Woodbridge N. Ferris.
Charles Hackley was an entrepreneur and philanthropist who became a legend in Muskegon, Michigan. A magazine spread was created for Preservation to showcase photography of his historical home and his importance to the city.
Since 1926, generations of girls have come to spend their summer at Camp Newaygo. Starting in 2013, the focus of Camp Newaygo's brochure changed from being a simple, informational brochure detailing dates and prices, to actually telling the camp's story. The 2013 brochure touches on Camp Newaygo's rich history, its current programming, and even offers perspective from a current camper.
The TrueNorth Employment Access & Mentoring (TEAM) program is designed to address barriers to employment and self-sufficiency. The program works with local employers and members of the community to provide mentorship and guidance to those struggling with employment.
Barkery 28 is a concept shop located in Holland, Michigan specializing in all-natural, handmade dog treats. A brand identity was created for the store with applications including a business system, brochure, website, iPhone app, and merchandise.
The goal of the Good Choices campaign at Ferris State University is to separate preconceived notions about the behavior of college students from the reality. The 2011 campaign uses a peer-to-peer chat concept that was applied to both digital and print pieces. Included in the campaign is a minisite, stickers, window clings, a card game, a taxi calling card, and a convelope.
Since the 1970s, the Matthews family has gone camping every summer. A keepsake invitation was created for the 2010 trip consisting of a canvas envelope and a series of cards, which remind family members of the many traditions associated with camping. The final card is the actual invitation which invites them back to enjoy the traditions of camping once again.
Project FOCUS is an after-school program serving elementary and middle school students. In 2014, Project FOCUS was rebranded with a modern take on their original logo.
